Online Class Terms & Conditions

Disclaimer: Always consult your physician before starting any new exercise program. Participation in online yoga classes, programs, workshops, or other wellness activities (collectively, the “Activities”) offered by Clarity of Heart Yoga (the “School”) is at your own risk.

  1. Health and Safety
    I understand that yoga and movement practices may involve physical exertion and carry risks including, but not limited to, muscle strain, aggravation of existing injuries, dizziness, or other health complications. I affirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating and will stop or modify movements as needed for my safety. I agree to consult a physician before participation and assume full responsibility for my health and well-being during all online Activities.

  2. Personal Responsibility
    I acknowledge that participation is voluntary, and I may choose to skip or modify any movements. I agree to monitor my body, especially if I experience pain, discomfort, or dizziness, and seek medical advice when necessary. I understand that results from any program cannot be guaranteed and may vary by individual.

  3. Waiver and Release
    I knowingly and voluntarily release and hold harmless Clarity of Heart Yoga, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or injuries, known or unknown, arising from my participation in online Activities, including those resulting from negligence.

  4. Media Release
    I consent to the use of my image, voice, or likeness in any class recordings or promotional materials associated with the School’s online offerings.

  5. Governing Law
    This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

By participating in any online Activities, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the associated waiver of liability. I am over the age of 18 and accept full responsibility for my participation.

Online Membership Cancellation Policy

Online members can cancel their membership by logging into their account. If you need help with canceling, we require a written notice at least 7 days prior to the start of your next billing cycle to process your request. This ensures we have adequate time to update your account and avoid future charges. Written notices can be submitted through our contact form.

Please note:

1) If you request to cancel your membership after it has already renewed, a refund will not be issued.

2) Prorated refunds will not be issued.

By maintaining an active membership, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
